Music lets you forget worst past and encourages to look for future. People who tend to choose high volume music like metal songs etc are basically avoiding problems of life. Because listening some loud music helps to relax from sorrow. Some people find relaxation in sad songs or low scale songs. It is probably because people find ways to escape from current situation and music is best way to escape to the world of our own.
You all must have heard about gym people or mediation people listen music during workout. Music does magical job during workout. If you listen low scale melancholic music during meditation/yoga, the results will be great. It helps to concentrate even more. It is exact opposite of gym workout. Gym people listen heavy songs or loud music during workout. It helps to increase metabolism in body. If you go to the gym you’ll notice that there’s constant music going in the background. Really music helps to come out of depression, forget sorrow, relive happiness, workout. It’s proved by scientist also.
Some people say avoid music during studies. It is distraction. But I recommend you guys to listen your favorite songs on low volume because listening to favorite songs keeps your brain active. It helps to concentrate even more on studies. I have personally tried this trick. It works! So if your student, than just listen whatever you want.
Summing up all things, I would say music is best treatment humans has ever created. I said treatment because it really helps us in many situations. It is life for many people. If you ask any employee that what do you do after returning from job than he/she will say, ‘ I just put my earphones in ear and listen music.’ That’s the power of music guys!
